These terms apply to the Quick Fix, Fix & Tidy, Full Setup and AI for Your Business Workshop bookings.

Prices and booking

The checkout shows your total in AED. No VAT is added. Launch pricing applies to my first 10 clients and is managed manually. Payment is completed securely with Ziina; a session time is selected afterwards through my calendar. If you can’t find a suitable time, reply to your confirmation email.

Scope and hours

Tech help is a block of time, with priorities agreed after a quick look at your setup. The examples on the package page are possible uses of that time. If a request won’t fit, I’ll tell you before starting. Tech package hours are valid for 60 days from booking.

Ownership and access

You own the work. I work in your accounts through a collaborator or team invitation. Never send me your passwords. I’ll give proportionate advice and flag obvious data or security concerns, but this is not a cybersecurity, legal or regulatory audit.

Support

Tech packages include a simple handover guide and 7 days of support on what I set up. Ongoing maintenance, new requests and changes caused by other platforms aren’t included unless we agree separately.

Workshop

A 2-hour session online or in person in Dubai for you and up to 2 people from your team. Bring your own laptop and product examples. We’ll choose useful topics from your answers. You keep the workspace, prompt library, cheat sheet and work created in the session. Check AI outputs before using them.

Rescheduling, refunds and transfers

You can reschedule a call or workshop with at least 24 hours’ notice. Bookings are non-refundable. You can transfer your booking to another package or service by contacting me to arrange it.
